7.DISCONNECTIONS    Top

Unfortunately, disconnection sometimes happens during online games. Players can keep the score at the point of disconnection, start a new game and play out the remaining time. Or, the player that was losing at the point of disconnection can choose to take the loss. It is our advice to find a consensual way to resolve this issue with your opponent.

Abusive and frequent disconnections can be considered as Cheating and be subject to a fine. It will also negatively impact your Fair Play Rate and be saved in your profile under the Section Disconnection History.

You will need to describe the suspect activity and provide evidences. The match will be lost for the cheater who will face sanctions ranging from a fine to the definitive cancellation of his account without any refunds.
