You can start playing for real money with a deposit as small as 10 € or choose to play for virtual money. In order to enter a Tournament, you must have the amount of the entry fee available in your GamePlayCash.com account.

The Play Now Page is a matrix from where you can define and seek a head-to-head Challenge or a multiplayer Tournament. From this page, you can also challenge a player currently online.
- How much does it cost to play? Top
GamePlayCash.com charges the lowest Service fee of the market, with a 10 % service fee for head-to-head Challenges with an Entry Fee over equivalent 5 €. For head-to-head Challenges with an Entry Fee less than equivalent 5 € an average of 25% service fee is charged which can varied in value from 0.25 € to 1.25 €. For Sit & Go and Main Events multiplayer Tournaments a 25% service fee is charged.
- What is the Virtual Money Mode? Top

- Negative: - 0.1

The GamePlayCash.com Skill Rating System is the tool for ranking the gamers according to their skills.
The Skill Rating System is based upon an algorithmic ranking system which takes into account:
- Resulting Win or Loss
- The gap between each player’s skill rate
- Numbers of Wins/ Numbers of Games Played
- Number of Games Played
All new users start off with a temporary Skill Rating of 1 000 points. There are 6 classes of Skill Rates:

Playing a Match Top
- How do I play my match online? Top
Once you enter a head-to-head Challenge or a multiplayer Tournament, you will receive instructions in your email box. You and your opponent shall determine the time you want to play your match and then meet in the Live Network depending on your platform. To do so, you have to add to your friend list the Gamertag or ID Persona associated with your opponent. Then, you have just to set up a friend match and invite your opponent. For more information on how to set up a match online, please consult the Help page.
Keep in mind that when you play a head-to-head Challenge or a multiplayer Tournament you must use the Gamertag or ID Persona associated with your GamePlayCash.com profile.
If you have any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service or get information from other players within the forum.
- How do I find someone to play with? Top
There are many ways to find people that play the same games than you do.
You can click on Play Now section and select between these actions:
- Challenge a player online, or
- Define your head-to-head Challenge, or
- Seek a head-to-head Challenge, or
- Seek a multiplayer Tournaments
You can also select your platform on the Main Menu Bar accessible from the Home page and consult the list of available games and tournaments.
You can also click on the “Challenges”, “Sit&Go” or “Main Events” Tables accessible from the bottom of the Home page.
- How do I prove that I won? Top
At the end of each game, players will report and verify the results. The cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s GamePlayCash.com account.
As GamePlayCash.com cannot automatically verify the score or outcome of all the games, we strongly advise that you take precautions such as:

• Emails
• Videos
• End of games stats

- What happens if there is a disconnection during my game? Top
Unfortunately, disconnection sometimes happens during online games. Players can keep the score at the point of disconnection, start a new game and play out the remaining time. Or, the player that was losing at the point of disconnection can choose to take the loss. It is our advice that you find a consensual way to resolve this issue with your opponent.
Abusive and frequent disconnections will be considered as Cheating and be subject to a fine. It will also negatively impact your Fair Play Rate and be saved in your profile under the Section Disconnection History.

- What happens if my scheduled game never gets played? Top
Regarding head-to-head Challenges, if a scheduled game is not played and goes unreported within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, the match is automatically cancelled, and both players are refunded their entry fee, less the service fee. The game will be considered null and void, and will not be added to the players’ profiles.
Regarding multiplayer Tournaments, if a scheduled game is not played and goes unreported within the 72 hours of its schedules start time, the players are declared forfeits and lose their entry fee.
Reporting & Verifying a Match Top
- How does GamePlayCash.com know who wins? Top
At the end of each game, players shall verify and report back to the site the winner. Then, the cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s GamePlayCash.com account.
Therefore, when the game is completed, both you and your opponent shall come back to GamePlayCash.com and complete the results report form your My Account page. The first player to report will indicate the winner, and it is up to the second player to verify or dispute the results of the game within 30 minutes of the first player's report. If the second player does not verify the report within 30 minutes, the results are considered final and the prize money will be awarded to the winner.

- What happens if my opponent does not verify that I won the game? Top
If the second player does not verify the report within 30 minutes, the results are considered final and the cash prize will be awarded to the winner for a head-to-head Challenge or the winner advances to the next round for a multiplayer Tournament.
- What happens if my opponent did not show up to play the game? Top
Regarding head-to-head Challenges, forfeit wins are not accepted, entry fees are refundable.
Regarding multiplayer Tournaments, if you forfeit you lose your entry fee and your opponent is declared winner.
- What is the Auto Results Reporting option? Top
The GamePlayCash.com Auto Results Reporting (ARR) option will give you the opportunity to get your score automatically reported at the end of your game. The ARR option will be available very soon, please frequently consult our News page.
Disputes Resolution Top
- What happens in a dispute? Top
Any dispute will result in an inquiry lead by the GamePlayCash.com Team. Disputes can be opened when reporting or verifying the results of a game. Several forms of proof will be considered in any dispute inquiry such as pictures, screen shots, emails, videos or end of game stats. Please send you evidences to our Dispute Service.
All disputes will be resolved within 48 hours for head-to-head Challenges and 12 hours for the Sit&Go and Main Events multiplayer Tournaments.

- What are disputes fines? Top
Keep in mind that any illegitimate dispute as well as any false winner report will systematically be punished by a 5 € fine deducted from your GamePlayCash.com Account.

Head-to-head Challenge
- I entered a head-to-head Challenge, what happens? Top
When you enter a head-to-head Challenge, you receive instructions by email telling you the name of your opponent and the dead line to play your game The match will appear in you’re My Account page. You have to contact your opponent through your GamePlayCash.com email box in order to determine a time to play as well as to agree upon the game play settings.
- How long do I have to play my challenge game?
For head-to-head Challenge, you have 48 hours from the moment the challenge is accepted to play your game.
- How long will my Challenge stay posted? Top
When you define and post a challenge, if nobody takes up your Challenge, it will remain open during 5 days. After this time, it will be cancelled and removed from the list of challenges.
- What are game play settings for head-to-head Challenges? Top
When defining a head-to-head Challenge, the game play settings shall be determined. Both players must agree upon the game play settings before the match begins. Any predetermined game play settings that are broken by any player will be considered cheating.
If the game play settings are not completed when defining a head-to-head Challenge, there are considered no rules, and anything goes.

The GamePlayCash.com multiplayer Tournaments are bracket style with a single elimination rule. Each round is a series of two-player challenges. The winner advances to the next round meanwhile the looser is eliminated from the tournament. The tournament continues until one player win all the rounds.
- What is a Sit&Go? Top
A Sit & Go is a standard multiplayer tournament from 2 to 32 players. It starts once all the seats are taken.
- What is a Main Event? Top
A Main Event is a massive multiplayer tournament for 32, 64 or 128 players. It starts at a predefined date and time.
- How do multiplayer Tournaments and prizes work? Top
The GamePlayCash.com multiplayer Tournaments are bracket style with a single elimination rule. Each round is a series of two-player challenges. The winner advances to the next round meanwhile the looser is eliminated from the tournament. The tournament continues until one player win all rounds.
The GamePlayCash.com multiplayer Tournaments cash prize or pot can varied up to 6 000 € for the biggest Main Events. Therefore, GamePlayCash.com does not always reward only one winner. Sometimes, the cash prize or pot can be gradually shared between several winners, the tournament champion taking the biggest percentage. Please always check the Tournaments details to see the number of winners and the cash prize breakdown between them.

Once you enter a multiplayer Tournament, you receive instructions by email telling you the name of your round-one opponent and the dead line to play the round. You have to contact your opponent through your GamePlayCash.com email box in order to determine a time to play.
The game play settings for each multiplayer Tournament are predetermined by the GamePlayCash.com Team. All the details of a multiplayer Tournament such as bracket progress and official game play settings can be founded by clicking on the Tournament.
- How do I report a win or loss following a Multiplayer Tournament game? Top
At the end of each game, players shall verify and report back to the site the winner. Then, the winner advances to the next round. When the game is completed, both you and your opponent shall come back to GamePlayCash.com and complete the results report form through their My Account pages. The first player to report will indicate the winner, and it is up to the second player to verify or dispute the results of the game within 30 minutes of the first player's report. If the second player does not verify the report within 30 minutes, the results are considered final.

For multiplayer Tournaments, you have 72 hours from the time a round begins to finish that round.
- What are game play settings for a multiplayer Tournament? Top
When entering a multiplayer Tournament, the official game play settings are predefined and handled by the GamePlayCash.com Team. Every player who enters a multiplayer Tournament automatically agrees on the official game play settings. Any official game play settings that are broken by any player will be considered cheating.
- Once I register for a Multiplayer Tournament, how do I know whom I am supposed to play? Top
Once you have entered a tournament, the name of your round-one opponent will be sent to your GamePlayCash.com email box.
- How long before the beginning of a round will I receive the name of my opponent? Top
As GamePlayCash.com allows players to sign up for multiplayer Tournaments until round one begins, you will receive the name of your fist opponent by 15 minutes after the start of the Tournament. If you pass, you will receive further notification of your next opponents within 15 minutes after the start of each additional round.
Once you have received the name of your opponent for round one, you should contact this player as soon as possible to set the specific time for your round within the 72-hour window.
- How long do I have to make contact with my opponent to set a time to play? Top
You have to initiate contact or respond to communications sent by your opponent within the first 72 hours of any round. Failure to fulfill this instruction will result in a forfeit. Therefore, your entry fee will not be refunded, and your opponent will be qualified for the next round if he can prove that you did not contact him.
- What if my opponent does not answer to set up a time to play? Top
If your opponent does not answer or initiate contact with you, you shall try to contact him a second time. Then, if your opponent still does not respond, after the 72-hour round period, you can claim the win. If you opponent does not dispute and bring sufficient evidences to the contrary, you will advance to the next round. Therefore, to easily track your communications, we strongly recommend you to use the GamePlayCash.com email box system to communicate with opponents.
- What if we set a game time, but my opponent does not show up? Top
If your opponent does not show up at the agreed-upon tournament time, please wait 20 minutes. Then, you shall send an email to dispute@GamePlayCash.com telling us that you are available for the game, but that your opponent has not shown. If your opponent does not dispute and bring sufficient evidences to the contrary, you will advance to the next round.
- What if my opponent and I cannot agree on a time to play during the 72-hour period of a certain round? Top
If you and your opponent cannot agree on a time during the allotted 72-hour period, both of you will be considered forfeits and your entry fees will not be returned. Therefore, we kindly invite you to make sure you have enough available time to participate in a multiplayer Tournament.
- What if my opponent reports a tournament game while we have not played the round? Top
Both players must contact each other within the first 24 hours of a tournament round. You should try to contact each other a second time. If you have contacted your opponent twice and still have no answer after the first 72 hours of the round, you can claim the win. If a player reports a tournament win without trying to contact his opponent, he will be disqualified from the tournament and the other player will automatically advance to the next round.
